You’re trying to get your credit score, but you aren’t receiving your OTP. Let’s sort it out.
If you are not receiving the OTP so that you can pull your credit score, these are the steps you need to follow:
1. Check your cellphone number in myProfile section.
Make sure that the number entered in the field highlighted below is your current cellphone number and you can receive SMS’s using that number. Check you are not using a dual sim and receiving messages on the other sim card.
If your cellphone number was incorrect or not your current cellphone number, go back to the score page and generate your report again, requesting a new OTP.
If your cellphone number is correct and you did not receive the OTP, proceed to Step 2.
